Already a student?

I am so glad you are here!  My name is Stephanie Wray and I am an artist of 29 years, a Board Certified Art Therapist, Trauma informed Expressive Arts Therapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a 500 hour yoga teacher.

I created this course as a yoga teacher to assist yoga teachers in becoming more trauma informed in order to expand self awareness and to learn trama sensitive language, understand how trauma works in the body and how yoga can help. Using video, writing prompts, visual directives and a workbook you will have all the knowledge you need to be trauma-informed.
